Yoga Retreats July 2024
Join us in July 2024 for a healthy well balanced yoga retreat experience incorporating vinyasa flow, qigong, meditation, yin yoga and sound healing gong baths with Sue Kate and Peter. Peter and Sue will be leading the retreat from the 6th to 13th of July and Kate will lead the retreats at the end of July.

During the July weeks you will have the pleasure of 3 trips to some of the most spectacular river beaches in central Portugal. We provide a gourmet picnic and there is even a café/restaurant at the side of the vast waters for coffee or a naughty treat.



Our July retreats are available for all levels of experience but your retreat will be enhanced if you can go to class.
