Join us on this yoga retreat in March for an Ashtanga & Yin Yoga Meditation holiday. The food served on this week will delicious vegetarian whole food which will help detox and bring you back into balance filling you full of vitality.
The weather at this time of year can be changable but if we get some sunshine then you can garentee it will be warm. We will also have lovely wood burners to cosy upto during the evenings and in the yoga practice space.
