Caroline left her home country Germany in 2010 to explore other countries and cuisines. Her passion for healthy food led her to work as a raw food chef in Spain, run a healthy food cafe in Malaysia and cater on luxury yachts in the Andaman Sea, before she settled for 6 years working as the Sous Chef in the yoga retreat center Suryalila in Southern Spain. Hungry for a change in location once more, she is now looking forward to cooking nourishing meals at Yoga Evolution Retreats Portugal in 2020. Her food philosophy is to use fresh ingredients prepared with love. She is also specialised in vegan, raw vegan and gluten free meals and desserts, and is happy to cater for any dietary request.
